The person delivering fresh flowers from a loved one on a special occasion.

The enumerator making sure your name is on the voters’ list come election time.

The Welcome Wagon worker greeting you when you’ve moved to a new community.

And we can’t forget the gathering of little folks dressed in scary costumes shouting, “Trick-or-treat” – they’re our favourites.
